PAYMENT BY INVOICE
You will receive your invoice by e-mail, immediately after the order.
The invoice must be paid within 30 days after receipt of the articles.
Please pay by e-banking using the QR-invoice (BVR) attached to your invoice.
If you want a new QR-invoice (BVR) you can check your customer account and order history and download again.
WARNING:
An order can be subject to a request for payment in advance of the partial or total amount. Upon receipt of the requested amount, the order will be processed.

LATE PAYMENT
Late payment will result in a reminder including a handling fee of CHF 10.-.
In case of non-payment, you will receive a final reminder plus an administration fee of CHF 30.-.
If this last reminder remains unpaid, we will launch a pre-litigation procedure generating additional management fees of CHF 100.-.
